PMIDA is the intermediate product used in the production of glyphosate, which can be further converted into glyphosate through an oxidation process.
Annual Capacity
We are the world’s largest producer of PMIDA, with an existing annual output of 200,000 metric tons produced via the IDA route. Additionally, we are expanding our capacity with a new facility under construction in Guang’an, China, which will add another 500,000 metric tons per year.
